PMA was founded in 1997 by Jeff Uter and James Wilson as a consultancy providing quantifiable solutions for restaurants & retail businesses. With decades of experience in Finance, Operations, Real Estate and Construction Management, Jeff & James were highly sought after by some of world’s most respected businesses, as well as new emerging brands. After 25 years of unparalleled partnerships and unexpected life changes, PMA paused operation in 2021.
At the helm of PMA now is Dr. Britta Wilson-Uter (aka "Dr.B"). Britta has honed her consulting skills via executive roles across industry segments and deep expertise in Business Strategy and Organizational Leadership. Wilson-Uter has served in key executive roles at Paramount Pictures and Expedia.
Before reviving PMA and returning to consulting, Britta was a member of the Executive Team at Pixar. There, she collaborated with filmmakers to deliver compelling and thoughtfully authentic stories to create lasting connections with audiences & meaningful work for artists. In addition to being a trusted Advisor to artists & her C-suite colleagues,
she directed strategies and deliverables to increase the sense of membership and belonging employees
experienced. She was often the architect of the macro approaches of HR, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Inclusion Strategies that had significant impact on the workplace experiences and ultimately filmmaking. Her achievements provide credibility, but her accessibility and compassion enable trusting relationships. Her ability to identify unchartered paths and untapped
resources to create integrated solutions is most often cited as her distinct advantage.
